Kelley is a Learning Disability Teacher Consultant (LDTC) with a decade of experience specializing in educational evaluations. Kelley holds a dual certification in Elementary Education from Towson University and earned her Master’s degree in Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant from Rowan University. With 4 years of experience as a special education teacher and now in her 10th year as an LDTC, Kelley brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of both classroom dynamics and the intricacies of learning disabilities. Kelley’s career began in the classroom, where she developed a keen awareness of the diverse learning needs of students and the challenges they face. Her transition to the role of LDTC was motivated by a desire to leverage her classroom experience to provide targeted, actionable assessments and recommendations. As an independent consultant, Kelley is known for her meticulous and empathetic approach, ensuring that each evaluation provides clear and practical guidance for students, families, and educators. Kelley is additionally certified in the Wilson Reading System Level 1. In her free time, Kelley enjoys attending local sporting events and spending time with family.
